Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our growing warehouse team. As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking, managing, and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have data entry experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
Perform data entry tasks to log incoming and outgoing inventory.
Assist with stock organization, labeling, and shelf placement.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and management to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Generate inventory reports using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Travel to additional warehouse or storage sites as needed.

Job Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Computer literacy and strong data entry skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior inventory control or warehouse experience preferred.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel as required.
Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends if needed.
Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow written instructions.
Experience using inventory management software.
Forklift certification (a plus, but not required).
Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
