Job Description
Join our team as a Remodel Technician and help restore homes and businesses damaged by fire, water, mold, and storm damage. In this role, you ll be responsible for remodeling and cleaning properties and will assist in transforming damaged spaces back to their original condition.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare damaged areas for restoration by setting up temporary barriers and organizing the space. Set up equipment and staging areas necessary for the remodeling process. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on project progress and expected completion timelines. Utilize the appropriate tools and equipment to perform effective remodeling and cleaning tasks. Maintain clean and organized workspaces, ensuring they are free of debris. Follow strict safety protocol and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Adhere to all company and safety policies while completing restoration projects. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or property restoration is required. Strong ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members. Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds unassisted. Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, and crawling. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. Experience working with cleaning agents and other restoration materials. Must be able to wear PPE and follow safety protocols on job sites.
