INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION/MAINTENANCE
Job Description
This position will be in support of operations. It might include industrial cleaning or painting. It may also include putting together structures in a warehouse/industrial setting.
Job Responsibilities:
Complete all assigned duties accurately and in a timely manner. Utilize equipment properly. When finished with equipment clean and store it properly. Keep all work areas organized and free of debris. Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate and done in a timely manner. Ensure that equipment is maintained and report any issues to supervisors immediately. All other duties as assigned. Follow all safety policies and procedures; including proper lifting techniques. Wear all required safety equipment to include steel toed boots.

Job Requirements
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift. Ability to wear all required PPE to include steel toed boots. Pass a 12 panel drug screening and back ground check. Dependable, on time and motivated to complete the job accurately, safely and efficiently. Ability to communicate effectively.
