Job Description
This is a temporary position and will not become permanent.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for completing a variety of office tasks while providing customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette. Greet clients and customers warmly. Process payroll returns. Process annual tax organizers. Properly filing documents in a timely manner. Addressing envelopes and mailing out forms. Operating a postage meter. Contacting clients and following up with them. Providing clients with information. Keep all information confidential. Maintain an orderly and well-organized work space. All other duties as assigned.
