Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of a productive agricultural farm. This leadership role is responsible for managing farm activities, optimizing production, and supervising a team of 12 15 employees. The ideal candidate is a hands-on agricultural professional with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for modern farming practices.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all daily farm operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
Supervise, train, and lead a team of 12 15 farm employees, fostering teamwork and accountability.
Plan, coordinate, and execute planting, harvesting, irrigation, and maintenance activities.
Monitor crop health, equipment usage, and overall farm performance.
Implement and enforce farm safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
Manage labor scheduling, task assignments, and performance expectations.
Collaborate with ownership and leadership on production goals, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm equipment and facilities.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Proven experience as a Farm Manager, Agricultural Manager, or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of agricultural operations, crop production, and farm management practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a farm or agricultural environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced agricultural setting.
Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
