Job Description
THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE SAFETY OF PATRONS WHILE VISITING THE AQUATIC FACILITIES.
Job Requirements
Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility: acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of an emergency. Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services. Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service. Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility. Prepares and maintains appropriate appropriates activity reports. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Must possess a valid Georgia Driver s License. Must be at least 16 years of age, certified or have the ability to complete certification before hire date from a nationally recognized lifeguarding course. Must also be certified or have the ability to complete certification before hire date in First Aid/CPR/AED for the professional rescuer.
