Job Description
We are currently hiring a Full-Time Assembly Worker in Americus, Georgia to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in the daily operations of our manufacturing and production line. Job Requirements
As an Assembly team member, you will work closely with others to assemble various products according to blueprints and drawings. Attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and strong teamwork skills are essential for success in this role. This is a hands-on job that requires physical activity, repetitive motions, and the ability to adapt to changing temperatures in the work environment.
This is a full-time position that requires overtime, sometimes on short notice. Applicants must be available and willing to work extended hours as needed to meet production demands.
You must be able to lift between 10 to 40 pounds throughout your shift and perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy. A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are critical in maintaining safety and efficiency across the assembly process.
Candidates should have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and must be comfortable working in environments that may be hot or cold depending on the season. Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus, but not required.
