Job Description
We are seeking an Asset Manager in Americus, Georgia to oversee private company assets with a focus on depreciation tracking, accurate financial records, and property tax compliance. This role is responsible for maintaining asset records, managing depreciation schedules, and preparing and filing Georgia property tax returns. The Asset Manager will work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure compliance with state and local regulations and to support audits and financial reporting.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will have experience in asset management, accounting, or property finance, along with knowledge of depreciation methods and property tax filings. Familiarity with fixed asset systems and accounting software is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines are essential.
