BUS DRIVER
Job Description
Bus drivers are responsible for transporting people safely from one place to another on a bus. School bus drivers bring students to and from school and school-related activities. Drivers must follow a specific schedule and predetermined routes.
Job Requirements
Job Duties:
Drive safely along predetermined routes.
Obey all traffic laws, safety procedures, and transit regulations.
Pick up and drop off students at designated locations.
Communicate with the bus shop regarding any delays or issues along the route.
Check the bus tires, lights, stop signs, and oil when needed.
Properly operate the stop sign/arm while picking up/dropping off students.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Must have a valid class B CDL driver s license.
Must have a clean MVR.
Experience as a bus driver is preferred, but not required.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
