CABINET MAKER/FINISHER
Job Description
This position is located in Baconton.
The cabinet maker/finisher will be working in a production area. They will be fabricating cabinets and/or creating the finished product. They will utilize both hand and power tools.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and well-organized work space. Work as a team to ensure that daily production goals are being met. Utilize both hand and power tools to build cabinets. Follow specifications for the product. Measure and cut wood and other materials. Inspect each item to ensure that it meets or exceeds quality standards. Ensure that projects are completed on time. Apply sealant, varnish or paint to the cabinet if required. Communicate with the team. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Wear all required PPE. All other duties as assigned.

Strong work ethic. Excellent time-management skills. Must be able to read a measuring tape. Must be able to utilize all hand and power tools safely and effectively. Basic math skills are required. Ability to read and/or interpret blueprints. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work as a team and independently. Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift. Must be able to bend, reach, squat, twist, and grab.
