Job Description
RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING PERSONAL ASSISTANCE AND ROUTINE DAILY CARE AND SERVICES TO RESIDENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RESIDENT'S ASSESSMENT AND CARE PLANS, AND AS MAY BE DIRECTED IN ORDER TO ENHANCE THE RESIDENTS' INDEPENDANCE AND QUALITY OF LIFE.
Job Requirements
Maintain daily resident records, and other documents as instructed by the director. Assist residents in preparing for activity and social programs. Assist residents in daily activities of daily living as needed and to dining room and provide assistance as needed at meals. Participate in special events and promotions set up by director/administrator. Communicate to family members and medical professionals the conditions of residents following guidelines regarding release of medical information.
