Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Member Sales and Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional member service, building strong relationships, and promoting financial products that improve members financial well-being. The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise with a service-first mindset to support member needs and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Identify opportunities to recommend and cross-sell credit union products and services, including checking accounts, savings accounts, loans, and digital banking solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members to enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account maintenance.
Educate members on financial products, services, and tools that support their financial goals.
Ensure compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and security of member information at all times.
Actively contribute to sales goals and performance metrics through proactive outreach and engagement.
Maintain professionalism in all situations and circumstances, representing the credit union with integrity and respect.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, banking, credit union operations, or retail sales preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a customer-focused environment.
Basic knowledge of financial products, services, and banking regulations.
Proficiency with computer systems, digital banking platforms, and standard office software.
