CONCRETE FINISHER/FLOOR COATING TECH
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Finisher / Floor Coating Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and has experience finishing concrete, refinishing driveways, and applying professional floor coating systems such as epoxy and other specialty finishes. Key Responsibilities
Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, leveling, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces.
Refinish and restore concrete driveways, sidewalks, and slabs.
Prepare surfaces through grinding, cleaning, patching, and repairing concrete.
Apply floor coating systems including epoxy coatings, polyaspartic, polyurethane, and other decorative or protective finishes.
Mix and apply coatings according to product specifications and safety standards.
Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, mixers, and coating equipment.
Ensure all work meets quality standards, job specifications, and customer expectations
Maintain clean and safe job sites at all times.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site.

Job Requirements
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to:
Lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50+ lbs regularly.
Stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and bend for extended periods.
Perform repetitive motions such as troweling, rolling, grinding, and mixing.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and indoors in industrial or residential settings.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) including respirators, gloves, and eye protection.
Work long hours on your feet during active concrete finishing and coating projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher, Floor Coating Technician, or similar construction-related role preferred.
Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and surface preparation.
Experience with epoxy floor coatings or industrial/commercial floor systems is a strong plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and project timelines.
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation preferred.
This position will be Monday - Friday (weekends as needed). First shift.
