Job Description
We re hiring a motivated and reliable Cook / Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for food, and love being part of a team that delivers high-quality dishes, this is the opportunity for you.
As a Cook / Prep Cook, you'll play a key role in preparing ingredients, following recipes with precision, and supporting our chefs to ensure every plate exceeds expectations. We're looking for someone who brings kitchen experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and guidelines.
Assist in food prep including chopping, measuring, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety standards.
Communicate clearly and professionally with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
Learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques as directed by the kitchen manager or head chef.
Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining accuracy and speed.
Assist with opening and closing duties, inventory, and stock rotation.
Be flexible and available to work any required shift, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience preferred (line cook, prep cook, or similar role).
Ability to follow recipes and execute dishes with consistency.
Willingness to learn and take direction from chefs and kitchen leadership.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling needs.
