Job Description
This employee will provide knowledge and information about products to customers while maintaining professionalism at all times. They will also be providing support in the warehouse when they are not working at the counter.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide information and knowledge about the products. Make suggestions for specific projects. Greet customers. Provide exceptional customer service ensuring that the customer is satisfied. Provide general warehouse services in support of operations. Ensuring that all documentation is correct and signed accordingly. Follow all DOT rules and guidelines. Prepare orders by processing requests: pull accurate materials and place in the appropriate area for customer pick up or delivery; loading and unloading trucks as necessary. Maintain inventory controls through minimizing material damages and ensuring order accuracy. Keep all work areas organized and free of debris. Maintain cleanliness by helping with general housekeeping. Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate and done in a timely manner. Provide customer service. Ensure that equipment is maintained and report any issues to supervisors immediately. All other duties as assigned. Follow all safety policies and procedures; including proper lifting techniques.

Must possess a valid up-to-date driver s license. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift. Ability to wear all required PPE to include steel toed boots. Forklift experience is preferred. Dependable, on time and motivated to complete the job accurately, safely and efficiently. Ability to communicate effectively. Basic math skills. Ability to understand written and/or verbal instruction. Excellent time management and customer service skills.
