CSR/SERVICE WRITER
Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will develop and maintain relationships with customers, provide customer service, answer customer inquiries and ensure that customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
This is a part-time position. It will be 31 hours a week.
Job Responsibilities:
Will process repair orders. Analyze customer inquiries. Recommend repairs. Recognize new business opportunities.
Work as a team and individually to ensure that all customer needs are being met. Work with other departments in a professional manner. Resolve issues and/or problems as they come up. Determine the validity of warranty claims. Customer service provide the customer with information regarding repairs, prices, any delays. Ensuring that the customer has all of the information needed and continuously communicating with the customer if information changes. Forwarding repair information to the correct department for review. Filing and copying. Ensuring that paperwork is filed correctly and in a timely manner. Preparing invoices and shipping documentation. Checking shipping orders. Data entry. Preparing reports. Maintain professionalism with customers both in person and on the phone. Answer their questions and work with complaints to solve the issue. All other duties as assigned.

Must have high school diploma or GED. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Experience with computers and computer software is required. Applicants should be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, specifically excel, and other software. Applicants should also be able to type accurately and efficiently. Ability to dress appropriately and maintain professionalism in difficult situations. Ability to be at work, on time and dependable.
