Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Respond to inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and quotes.
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Utilize office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, copiers, and computers.
Assist customers with billing questions and policy changes.
Provide accurate and timely insurance quotes.
Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused service at all times.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
