AS A VITAL MEMBER OF OUR SUPPORT TEAM, YOU LL HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES, PURCHASING COMMUNICATIONS, AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT THROUGH EMAIL AND DIGITAL CHANNELS. YOUR WORK WILL DIRECTLY IMPACT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RETENTION.

Job Requirements
Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails regarding purchases, orders, and inquiries
Monitor customer service inboxes and ticket systems daily
Provide accurate information on products, services, order status, and returns
Maintain positive customer relationships by resolving issues efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless customer support
Document customer interactions, feedback, and trends for continuous improvement.
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
Experience in customer support, commerce, or a service-driven industry is preferred
Ability to multi task and stay organized in a digital work environment
