Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Data Entry Specialist/Processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word, and a strong understanding of financial data and project management processes. Travel is required during the initial training period.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Review data for errors and inconsistencies; correct and escalate as needed.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formatting, sorting, and reporting.
Use Microsoft Word to create and edit business documents and reports.
Support project managers and finance teams with administrative and data processing tasks.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files in compliance with company policies.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather and verify information.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to financial project management.
Travel to company headquarters or training facility during the onboarding period.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
2+ years of proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative/data processing role.
Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with financial data and experience in financial project management is preferred.
Must be able to travel for training (up to 2 months, expenses covered).
