Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient processing of purchase orders, accurate inventory management, and high team productivity. Reporting to the Senior Distribution Supervisor, this role plays a vital part in maintaining operational efficiency, enforcing safety standards, and supporting supply chain excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse associates on daily operations, including safety protocols, distribution procedures, and product handling guidelines.
Monitor warehouse productivity and evaluate team performance to meet KPIs and service-level targets.
Oversee the accurate processing of purchase orders, inbound deliveries, and order fulfillment activities.
Maintain accurate inventory control and stock records to ensure effective supply chain management.
Investigate and document damaged stock and discrepancies, maintaining high standards of warehouse quality control.
Coordinate order dispatching and ensure timely delivery to correct destinations in appropriate quantities.
Perform regular warehouse inspections, ensuring compliance with cleaning schedules, safety policies, and company standards.
Enforce consistent adherence to company disciplinary policies and safety guidelines.
Ensure the security and integrity of all company assets within the distribution center.
Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional operational goals.
Prepare and submit all required paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
Provide coverage or assist with senior supervisory duties as needed.
Maintain compliance with good housekeeping practices and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Secondary School Diploma).
3 5 years of experience in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse supervisory role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
