Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Farm Laborer to join our team. This hands-on position involves supporting daily farm activities, including cattle care, equipment operation, feeding programs, fence maintenance, and general farm upkeep. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining the health and well-being of livestock and farm facilities.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic math skills required for feed mixing, ration calculations, and livestock feeding programs.
Experience operating farm equipment, including tractors, front-end loaders, or similar agricultural machinery, is helpful but not required.
Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance knowledge are preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an outdoor agricultural environment.
Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to perform physical labor and work in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
Operate tractors and other farm equipment to support daily farm operations.
Feed cattle and assist with livestock care and management.
Monitor cattle health, behavior, and overall condition, reporting concerns promptly.
Assist with cattle handling and movement as needed.
Inspect and maintain feeders, water systems, fences, gates, and surrounding farm areas to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Perform fence construction, repair, and general property maintenance.
Conduct routine equipment inspections before use to ensure safety and operational readiness.
Grease fittings and perform basic preventive maintenance and servicing of farm machinery and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following farm safety procedures.
Must have a valid driver's license.
The farm is located in Lee County.
