FLOOR COATING TECHNICIAN
Job Description

We are looking for a Floor Coating Technician. This person will help with the preparation and application of floor coatings and with other industrial/construction related projects.
Due to the nature of this position, a clean background is required. No misdemeanors or felonies.
Job Responsibilities:
Various construction and industrial projects to include: drywall installation, framing, preparation and application of floor coatings. Preparing job sites. This may include demolition, grinding, cleaning, debris removal and more. Proper utilization of tools. This may include saws, hammers, nail guns, drills, etc. Keeping work areas picked up and free of debris. Ensure that tools are returned to the proper location. Follow all established safety policies and procedures. Wear all required PPE, including: gloves, safety goggles or glasses, safety vests, hard hats (if required), etc. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Motivated individuals that are looking to learn a trade. Applicants should display a willingness to learn, and be on time. Due to the work locations for this position, applicants must have a clean background. Must be able to travel out of town. Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift. Ability to wear all required PPE to include steel toed boots. Dependable, on time and motivated to complete the job accurately, safely and efficiently. Ability to communicate effectively. Basic math skills. Ability to understand written and/or verbal instruction. Ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as necessary.
