GENERAL LABOR/GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with outdoor property maintenance and general labor duties. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physical tasks to maintain grounds, facilities, and work areas. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-conscious, and capable of performing manual labor throughout the workday.
Job Requirements
ABILITY TO WORK OUTDOORS FOR EXTENDED PERIODS IN VARYING WEATHER CONDITIONS, INCLUDING HEAT, COLD, RAIN, AND WIND.
ABILITY TO PERFORM PHYSICALLY DEMANDING TASKS, INCLUDING LIFTING, BENDING, KNEELING, STANDING, WALKING, AND SHOVELING.
ABILITY TO LIFT AND CARRY UP TO 50 POUNDS REGULARLY.
EXPERIENCE OPERATING WEED EATERS, LAWN MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT, AND HAND TOOLS PREFERRED. PERFORM GROUNDS MAINTENANCE, INCLUDING WEED EATING.
