Job Description
The General Labor employee will be working in support of operations and retail. This employee will be completing duties throughout a retail store and a warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer service. Ensure that customers are greeted and can find what they are looking for. Communicating effectively with staff and customers. Stocking products on the retail floor. Completing inventory. Provide general services in the warehouse. Assist in the handling of product returned to the warehouse. Assist in the handling and rework of damaged product. Prepare orders by processing requests: pull accurate materials and place in the appropriate area for customer pick up or delivery; loading and unloading trucks as necessary. Maintain inventory controls through minimizing material damages and ensuring order accuracy. Keep all work areas organized and free of debris. Maintain cleanliness by helping with general housekeeping. Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate and done in a timely manner. Ensure that equipment is maintained and report any issues to supervisors immediately. Follow all safety policies and procedures; including proper lifting techniques. Must wear all required PPE and safety equipment. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Dependable, on time and motivated to complete the job accurately, safely and efficiently. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift. Ability to wear all required PPE. Ability to communicate effectively. Basic math skills. Ability to understand written and/or verbal instruction. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor throughout the entirety of the shift.
