HR MANAGER
Job Description
We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team and oversee all Human Resources related tasks. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of new hires, benefits administration, employee relations, training and development and performance management. This role will also work closely with senior management to develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
Job Requirements
1. Oversee full cycle recruitment process from job requisition through offer stage
2. Develop onboarding procedures and ensure all new hires have a positive experience joining the organization
3. Develop offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition out of the organization
4. Maintain employee records in compliance with applicable legal requirements
5. Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans
6. Monitor existing policies and recommend any policy updates necessary
7. Provide support to employees regarding HR related queries, such as leaves of absence or time off requests
8. Collaborate with management on performance management initiatives
9. Develop training and development plans that best suit the organization's goals
10. Monitor trends in employee engagement surveys, investigate areas of improvement
11. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field required
12. Required to provide monthly state report and oversee contract billing
13. Maintain a good working relationship with outside agencies
