Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Electrician Helper to support licensed electricians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in an industrial environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with prior experience in electrical work, a strong understanding of electrical codes, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial electrical systems, components, and equipment.
Ensure all tasks comply with local, state, and national electrical codes and OSHA safety standards.
Perform routine electrical inspections to ensure code compliance and proper installation.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
Safely and efficiently use electrical tools, testing instruments, and power equipment.
Prepare work areas with proper tools and equipment, ensuring everything is organized and ready for use.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and storage areas.
Execute physically demanding tasks such as lifting (up to 50+ lbs), crawling, squatting, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Collaborate effectively with electricians and other team members to complete projects on time.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support electrical team operations.

Proven experience as an electrical helper or in a related industrial electrical support role
Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations (local, state, and national)
Ability to read, understand, and apply electrical schematics and blueprints
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced industrial environments
Physically capable of handling demanding tasks and working in various conditions
Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs unassisted and perform repetitive physical tasks
