Job Description
The Parts Technician/Foreman will be in charge of operating the parts department/shop and in charge of managing the mechanics. They will ensure that the mechanics are performing work in a timely and correct manner and offer guidance to the mechanics.
Pay will depend on experience and can be discussed during the interview process.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring the shop is kept in an orderly and well stocked fashion. Responsible for ensuring adequate inventory levels of frequently needed parts. Ordering parts. Verifying incoming shipments. Keep updated records. Putting incoming shipments away in a timely manner. Completing inventory checks. Responsible for managing mechanics. Prepare reports and/or correspondence. Operate a computer and other office equipment. Pull parts as needed for use. Follow all standard operating procedures to include safety policies. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Knowledge of mechanics and mechanical parts is required. Ability to operate a computer and computer software. Ability to stand for the majority of the shift. Posses excellent time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage mechanic personnel. Strong work ethic.
