LANDSCAPING MANAGER
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Manager to oversee daily landscape operations, lead field teams, and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. This role is ideal for a dependable leader with strong customer service skills, the ability to read and execute landscape plans and blueprints, and a passion for delivering beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise landscaping crews for residential and/or commercial properties.
Read, interpret, and execute landscape designs, plans, and blueprints accurately.
Coordinate daily schedules, materials, equipment, and job site logistics.
Ensure landscape installation and maintenance projects are completed on time and within scope.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing concerns professionally.
Train, motivate, and lead team members to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to company specifications.
Enforce safety procedures and best practices for landscape maintenance and installation.
Track job progress and report updates to management.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Landscaping Manager, Landscape Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
Strong ability to read and follow landscape plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
Reliable, dependable, and highly organized with strong time-management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
Knowledge of landscape maintenance, hardscaping, irrigation systems, and plant care.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Valid driver s license (CDL a plus, if applicable).
This position will be Monday-Friday (weekends as needed). It is first shift.
