In this hands-on role, you'll assist with the maintenance, operation, and harvesting of fruit on a working farm. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily operation of the fruit farm, including planting, pruning, and care of trees or crops
Support maintenance tasks such as repairing irrigation lines, maintaining equipment, and keeping work areas clean and safe
Participate in the harvesting of fruit, using proper techniques to ensure quality and minimize waste
Operate farm tools and machinery under supervision (training provided)
Perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
Work collaboratively with the farm team to meet production and quality goals
