Job Description
Inside Sales Representatives will routinely take orders for customers/clients. They will also review orders to prevent line-item losses and ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
Job Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service while determining a customers needs. Routinely take orders from customers/clients ensuring order accuracy and reviewing orders that have been entered into the system. Make recommendations of appropriate products and solutions. Process orders using a computer system/application. Monitor order patterns and proactively address any discrepancies or any missing line items. Ensure that customers are consistently ordering key items. Develop relationships with customers being a point-of-contact for customers. Follow up on orders ensuring that delivery was made on time and is accurate. Resolve any concerns. Analyze reports to identify opportunities where complimentary products could be sold. Work as a team to ensure follow up on opportunities. Communicate effectively with the sales team. Provide assistance when needed. Promote the company s products and services. Follow established guidelines. Issue credits for returns or damaged goods. Complete reports. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Proven sales experience is required. Excellent attention to detail. Time management. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Maintains professionalism in all situations. Communicates effectively with customers and other employees. Highly motivated and well organized. Must be able to multi-task and adhere to deadlines. Works well with others. Ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. Ability to be flexible and perform tasks as assigned.
