LEGAL ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY)
Job Description
The Legal Assistant will be performing administrative duties in a legal office.
Job Responsibilities:
Directing communication, organizing schedules and events, entering data, bookkeeping, and maintaining office equipment. Provide customer service both in person and on the phone. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate location. Route phone calls to the appropriate person/department. Answer any general inquiries. Utilize office equipment to include a computer. Utilize computer programs to include Microsoft Office. Keep all files up to date and in the correct location. Enter data into a computer system. Completes work accurately and in a timely manner. Maintains professionalism in any situation. All other duties as assigned.

Proven computer skills are required. Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively. Strong organization and multitasking skills. Office experience is required. Previous experience is a legal office is preferred.
Dress will be business casual. Must be able to type at least 35 words per minute.
