LINE QUALITY CONTROL
Job Description
This employee will be responsible for completing finished product quality checks on production lines, tracking of non-conforming materials and products, daily paperwork and ensuring a safe work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that each line is producing a quality product. Responsible for training line staff and team leaders on each code that is being produced on their lines. Providing knowledge about the technical standards of each line. Responsible for making sure that the correct feeder and raw materials are brought to the line. Per standard operating procedures, perform 15- or 30-minute quality checks on each line. Report directly to the Quality Control Leader/ Raw Material Inspector. Shut down the line if the quality of production is in question. Follow all safety, quality and production policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Ability to learn quickly and adept to changing situations. Ability to provide attention to detail and knowledge of procedures. Must be able to work from written and/or verbal instructions with minimum supervision. Ability to maintain professionalism with other employees. Skillful with general measuring devices. Ability to stand and/or walk for the entirety of the shift. Ability to use hands to handle or feel, reach and/or raise arms, climb steps, stoop, crouch and talk.
