Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join our facility team in Americus, Georgia. This is a full-time position offering steady hours and a chance to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment that values safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
Job Requirements
As a Warehouse Maintenance Technician, you will support the day-to-day operation of our facility by performing maintenance on equipment, systems, and workspaces to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have basic electrical and mechanical knowledge, be comfortable using hand and power tools, and follow safety guidelines in a warehouse or industrial setting. This is a physically active job with a focus on preventing downtime and maintaining a clean, functional workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or facility issues
Assist with preventative maintenance to avoid production delays
Inspect and maintain tools, workstations, racking, and building systems
Respond quickly to maintenance requests from production or warehouse teams
Ensure the maintenance area and storage areas are clean, organized, and safe
Follow all safety regulations and company maintenance protocols
Support inventory of maintenance supplies and assist with reordering as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Proven experience in warehouse or industrial maintenance preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stand, and move safely around equipment
Comfortable working in hot, cold, or variable warehouse environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Schedule: Day shift with required overtime availability
