This full-time, on-site position involves maintaining production equipment and ensuring the physical plant facilities remain in top working condition. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in equipment maintenance and repair, particularly within a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing both reactive and preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment and the physical plant. This includes coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring all equipment operates as designed. You will also be tasked with record-keeping, including documenting maintenance work, logs, and Work Orders to maintain compliance with company standards.
Communication is key in this role, as you will regularly interact with Production, Quality, and Sanitation personnel to coordinate maintenance efforts and address any corrective actions required. You will also need to monitor equipment performance and safety compliance, immediately notifying the production lead if any abnormalities or issues arise, potentially requiring equipment shutdown for safety or quality concerns.
This position requires flexibility, as you may be asked to work overtime and weekends, depending on the operational needs. The Maintenance Technician must ensure that all tasks are carried out safely, in accordance with company policies and procedures, while adhering to quality, production, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include training team members on equipment operation, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. The role also involves physical demands, such as standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience with production equipment, plant facilities, and maintenance practices. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as proficient computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
