Job Description
Performing all processes involved with the manufacturing of tarps.
Pay will be based on experience. Must have provable experience in a similar position.

Attention to detail. Operating tools and machinery involved in the manufacturing processes. This may include sewing machines, grommet machines, heat sealers and heat guns. Keeping up with production standards and goals. Utilize hand tools to include measuring tools. Perform basic math. Excellent time management skills. Work independently and as a team to complete all required production requirements. Follow company policies and standard operating procedures. Perform quality checks to ensure that work meets company standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other employees. Follow all safety policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Provable experience is required. Candidates must have experience operating a sewing machine or experience with manufacturing tarps. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to lift 60-80 pounds unassisted. Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift. Basic math skills. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to reach, bend, squat, kneel, and crouch.
