Job Description

The Office Administrator will be supporting all departments by developing and implementing order entry and tracking system, labor reporting, ensuring all QuickBooks entries and transactions are completed daily. Follows all company policies.

Supporting operations and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies. Calculate production statement, parts inventory, sales reports, sales rebates on a monthly basis. Process and report results of physical inventory on a quarterly basis. Track the cost of products. Maintain material receiving and plant production records. Enter, process, and follow-up on work orders, sales orders, and purchase orders. Maintain customer files. Help resolve any AR discrepancies with corporate office. Process and resolve customer issues. File claims, follow-up on claims. Match vendor invoices to direct vendor/warehouse shipments. Work cohesively as a team. Communicate efficiently. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role for at least 5 years or a Bachelor Degree is required. Ability to operate office equipment to include: printers, copiers, fax, computer, etc. Previous experience with QuickBooks is preferred. Ability to utilize a computer for the majority of the shift. Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to work both independently and as a team. Ability to get work completed accurately and in a timely manner.
