OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant. This role will encompass a variety of tasks related to the efficient functioning of our operations, with the opportunity for growth into a managerial position. While prior experience in the industry is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt to the demands of the role is essential.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Assist in quality control of all phases of product creation, from raw ingredients to final product, including but not limited to conducting lab tests and ensuring quality control standards are met.
Participate in packaging activities, which may include assembling, labeling, and preparing shipments for distribution.
Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and assist in inventory management processes.
Operate machinery such as pumps, filters, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
Responsible for deliveries to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of products.
Provide support in operations as needed, including assisting with tasks related to production and maintenance.
Requirements:
Clean criminal record and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required.
Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely, with attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, especially during peak seasons.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
