The plumber will be in charge of the plumbing throughout multiple industrial buildings. They will be responsible for the installation and repair of water systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintains a safe and secure environment. Follow all established policies and procedures. Gathers pertinent data, identifies and evaluates options, and chooses a course of action. Reads blueprints, work diagrams and technical documents to determine course action required. Attends in-service education classes and maintains and up-to-date knowledge of code changes. Uses various equipment and tools in the performance of job duties. Practices acceptable procedures in the care and use of tools and equipment. Maintain tools and equipment. Keeps records on repairs and of parts/pieces used. Keeps superiors informed in all areas of systems maintenance. May lead and give instructions to other workers. Completes any other assignment given by supervisor.

Job Requirements
Must have a valid up-to-date driver s license. Must have two plus years of practical plumbing experience. Ability to understand written and/or oral instructions. Basic math skills. Ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds. Ability to perceive detail in blueprints and check for accuracy; examine alignment. Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting.
