QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN
Job Description
As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a vital role in our production process by performing in-line quality assurance inspections, monitoring product compliance, and ensuring all materials meet internal and industry standards. Your focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement will directly contribute to our commitment to manufacturing excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough quality control checks on finished goods across multiple production lines.
Perform regular 15- or 30-minute inspections in accordance with SOPs to verify product consistency and compliance.
Identify and document non-conforming materials and defective products; initiate corrective action as needed.
Train production line workers and team leads on quality standards, inspection procedures, and code specifications.
Ensure the correct raw materials and feeder components are available and accurately used during production.
Make critical decisions to halt production if safety or quality standards are compromised.
Maintain accurate quality assurance documentation and complete daily reporting logs.
Uphold all safety protocols, manufacturing regulations, and company quality policies.
All other duties as assigned.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
Physically capable of standing and walking throughout an entire shift and performing essential functions such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
