PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Job Description
We are currently hiring a Production Associate to join our dynamic team in a high-volume food manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment where you'll help produce high-quality food products for distribution. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor food production equipment and machinery to meet daily production targets.
Perform tasks such as mixing, packaging, labeling, and inspecting food products to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, FDA).
Conduct regular quality checks and record data accurately.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all safety guidelines.
Work efficiently in a team-oriented production line environment.
Assist with inventory management, material handling, and restocking as needed.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in food manufacturing, food processing, or general production work is a plus.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced, cold or temperature-controlled environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
Previous experience in food manufacturing, food processing, or general production work is a plus.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced, cold or temperature-controlled environment.
