PRODUCTION LEAD
Job Description
The Production Lead oversees daily production activities and ensures that orders are processed, fulfilled, and completed accurately and on schedule. This includes maintaining an organized and clean facility, monitoring production workflows, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.
The role is responsible for processing and fulfilling online and wholesale orders, performing quality control, and ensuring that completed orders are accurate and ready for shipment. The Production Lead also manages production materials and supplies inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are available and properly organized.

Job Requirements
Valid Drivers License
Clean MVR
A high school diploma or equivalent professional experience is required. The successful candidate will be professional, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with an unflagging commitment to consistency, follow-through, and effective time management.
Candidates should be self-directed and self-starting, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and remain productive under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate sound leadership.
Basic computer, Internet, and email proficiency is required. Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
