Answer all incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette and greeting. Greet customers that come in the door. Updating/entering information within a computer system. Operate office equipment to include a computer, copier, fax, etc. Communicate effectively with others. Transfer calls and take messages as needed. Manage a calendar. Send messages. Verify information and paperwork. Light cleaning. Prepare the coffee. Ensure that office supplies have an adequate supply. All other duties as assigned.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to utilize office equipment. Proficient with typing. Proficient with a computer and computer software. Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills. Ability to remain professional in all situations. Ability to work well as a team and communicate effectively.
