Job Description
We are looking for a receptionist that has excellent customer service skills. The receptionist will greet people, answer phone calls, and handle administrative tasks. This position will provide the opportunity to learn and grow within the company.
Job Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette and greeting. Greet customers that come in the door. Updating/entering information within a computer system. Operate office equipment to include a computer, copier, fax, etc. Communicate effectively with others. Transfer calls and take messages as needed. Manage a calendar. Send messages. Verify information and paperwork. Light cleaning. Ensure that office supplies have an adequate supply. All other duties as assigned.
Previous customer service experience is a plus. Ability to utilize office equipment. Proficient with typing. Proficient with a computer and computer software. Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills. Ability to remain professional in all situations. Ability to work well as a team and communicate effectively.
We are looking for someone that had the desire to learn and grow within the company. Someone motivated and dedicated.
