REMODEL TECHNICIAN
Job Description
Remodel Technicians will be responsible for cleaning and remodeling homes and businesses that are damaged by storms, fires, floods, or other scenarios.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare areas/rooms for the required work. This may include creating temporary barriers for that space. Set up staging areas and the required equipment for the job. Communicate effectively with other employees and supervisors. Update and communicate with the customer to keep them appraised of the work needed and estimates on how long projects will take. Utilize the proper tools and equipment to complete the projects. Keep work areas clean, picked up and free of debris. Wear the required protective equipment. Follow all safety policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Previous construction experience is preferred for this position. Ability to utilize tools properly. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other employees. Possess excellent time management skills. Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds unassisted. Ability to make decisions that are effective and responsible. Ability to turn, twist, bend, lift, reach, climb, and crawl. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work with cleaning agents. Ability to wear the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
