WE ARE SEEKING A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN THAT WILL BE MAINTANING, REMODELING, AND CONDUCTING REPAIRS ON HOUSING UNITS. KNOWLEDGE WITH PLUMBING, ELECTRICITY, CARPENTRY, MASONRY, PAITING, REFRIGERATION, HEATING, VENTILATION AND A/C.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in maintenance, construction, or construction management
Valid DL required
Starting pay is $15.83 and up -Monday - Thursday
Overtime is required for this position
