Job Description
WE ARE SEEKING A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN THAT WILL BE MAINTAINING, REMODELING, AND CONDUCTING REPAIRS ON HOUSING UNITS. KNOWLEDGE OF PLUMBING, ELECTRICITY, CARPENTRY, MASONRY, PAINTING, REFRIGERATION, HEATING, VENTILATION AND A/C.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in maintenance, construction, or construction management
Valid DL required
Overtime is required for this position
