Job Description
AS A RETAIL ASSOCIATE, YOU WORK IN A RETAIL STORE ASSISTING CUSTOMERS WITH TRANSACTIONS WHILE PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Job Responsibilities:
Providing customer service to customers and clients at all times, maintaining the expectations of the company. Ensure that customers have a positive experience while in the store. Keep the sales floor stocked, clean and organized. Become thoroughly familiar with the store inventory to recommend products to customers. Running a point-of-sale system, cash handling, credit card transactions, processing returns and more. Tracking and displaying inventory. Following all safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
Ability to be a highly motivated employee that is able to work independently. Have an outgoing, engaging and friendly personality. Must be able to understand written/oral instructions. Knowledge of sports and/or sporting goods. Basic math skills.
