Job Description
We re looking for a results-driven reception / sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer. The ideal candidate should be skilled multitasking, a proactive independent worker, be proficient with social media, be capable of assisting walk in customers, provide over the phone assistance and promote/sell equipment and parts.
Job Requirements
The Reception/Sales position offers administrative support across the organization. Connects with customers and generates sales. The reception / sales position is responsible for greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors appropriately, notifying company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains telecommunications system, answers all incoming calls within a timely manner, ensures all callers are directed to the appropriate personnel.
Essential Functions
Greet and direct walk-in customers to the appropriate department.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
Answers all incoming calls and routes to appropriate department.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Create new customer accounts in the customer database.
Manage monthly customer statement mailings.
Scan Files to the server, as needed or requested.
Create, process and direct customer appreciation letters.
Faxing, emailing and other administrative duties.
Contacting customers, promoting Equipment and sales of equipment and parts.
Receive, document, and forward any messages received.
A resume is required for this position.
