Job Description
Supervise the custodial/janitorial staff at different locations. Ensure that all cleanliness requirements and standards are being met at each location.
Job Duties:
Supervises all custodians to ensure that all general, routine custodial duties are being completed correctly and in a timely manner. Performs maintenance checks on custodial equipment and supplies to ensure equipment is operating correctly and staff have all the supplies that they need. Communicates with employees and superiors. Responds to inquiries and complaints from the employees. Maintains composure at all times. Completes reports and employee evaluations. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Provable experience as a supervisor is preferred. Ability to work well with others and maintain composure in all situations. Ability to communicate effectively. Must possess a valid driver s license.
