Job Description
MONITOR LINE EMPLOYEES. ENSURE THAT EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED PROPERLY AND PROVIDE KNOWLEDGE OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
Job Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that employees are back from break on time. Ensure that the days quota has been provided and that the employees are meeting that quota. Report to the Shift Production Leader if the employees are not meeting that quota. Treat all employees equally, without showing favoritism. Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure that all employees are abiding by safety rules, quality polices and production procedures. Follow all safety, quality and production policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1 year experience as a Team Lead is required. 1 year experience in line work/production is required. Must work well with other people. Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand and follow rules. Basic math skills. Ability to lift up to 40+ pounds. Ability to lift above shoulder level. Bending and twisting with repetitive hand/arm motions. Ability to work the required shift. Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations.
