TEMPORARY MAINTENANCE TECH
Job Description
This is a TEMPORARY position. This position will be a maintenance person for an apartment building. It will include repairing and/or cleaning all aspects of the property and units. It will also include preparing units for new tenants.
Need to have experience re-sealing and/or re-glazing tubs.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparing units for new tenants by following all work orders. Making repairs, painting, cleaning and any other assigned tasks. Removing any trash/debris left by previous tenants. Completing work orders for current tenants. Following company standards and checklists. Conduct walk-throughs of units to ensure that everything is in working order. Prepare units for inspections. Utilize basic tools to make repairs to various equipment and structures. All other duties as assigned. Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Possess a valid driver s license. Ability to understand written or verbal directions. Mechanically inclined. Ability to listen and follow directions. Ability to utilize basic tools. Ability to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as necessary. Experience with maintenance or construction is preferred.
